Dotta, Donegatti & Lacerda – Sociedade de Advogados began operating on November 30, 2009 under the name Donegatti & Lacerda Sociedade de Advogados.
Coming from the same law firm, lawyers Carlos Donegatti and Danilo Lacerda decided to take on the challenge of setting up their law firm with just one corporate client, a medium-sized financial institution.
In December 2011, motivated by the firm’s working methods and organization, lawyer Eduardo Dotta joined the firm, after working for around 15 (fifteen) years in a law firm that was already established in its field.
Based on the premise of working in effective partnership and adherence by its teams to the working methods and principles disseminated by each of its clients, DDL has experienced significant and sustainable growth in its areas of activity.
Our approach is focused on providing objective and effective solutions to the issues raised by our clients, most of whom are medium-sized and large legal entities.
