- Specialized practice before direct and indirect public administration bodies and regulatory agencies, involving issues related to bidding processes and administrative contracts;
- Obtaining prior licenses to comply with invitations to tender;
- Analysis of contracts and monitoring of administrative procedures for the concession and permission of works, public services, formation and representation of public consortia and public-private partnerships;
- Acting in administrative proceedings before the federal, state and municipal courts of auditors;
- Acting in administrative proceedings before Regulatory Agencies and other direct and indirect public administration bodies;
- Acting in administrative sanctioning proceedings in conjunction with the areas of litigation, consumer law, financial and capital markets, health law and insurance.
- Acting in legal proceedings involving public law issues, before all levels of the Brazilian courts.
