- Advising companies on negotiation procedures, financial restructuring and renegotiation of their liabilities, including the legal structuring of out-of-court insolvency and financial planning procedures;
- Acting for creditors in negotiation procedures and renegotiation of their receivables, including the legal structuring of payment plans and the constitution of guarantees;
- Acting in out-of-court reorganization proceedings;
- Acting in judicial reorganization procedures, by fully conducting proceedings on behalf of the company proposing the reorganization plan or even on behalf of creditors;
- Acting in partnership with our Corporate Law and Financial and Capital Markets areas in corporate restructuring procedures and renegotiation of debt securities issued.
- Working in partnership with our Economic Criminal Law department on matters related to bankruptcy crimes;
- Acting in bankruptcy proceedings.
