- Acting in judicial or mediation proceedings involving family and inheritance law issues;
- Full consultancy on legal issues involving family and inheritance law;
- Legal structuring in partnership with the Business Law area in asset and business organization procedures, which may involve the use of corporate vehicles; and investments, such as equity investment funds (FIP), with a view to taking advantage of tax and accounting regimes that reduce the cost of future succession processes; and
- Acting in national and international adoption proceedings.
