- Consultancy in the formulation of consumer contracts, suited to the line of business operated by the supplier client;
- Consultancy to adapt the client’s procedures and routines to the Consumer Defense Code legislation, case law and understandings established by administrative bodies that oversee consumer relations;
- Representing clients in hearings before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and Consumer Attorneys (PROCON);
- Working in partnership with the Ombudsman and Customer Service areas to respond to demands, attending hearings at Procons, Consumidor.Gov and other bodies linked to the defense and supervision of consumer relations;
- Defense of clients in administrative sanctioning procedures, infraction notices, civil inquiries, lawsuits involving the protection of collective, individual or homogeneous individual rights in all levels of Brazilian justice;
- Litigation in matters related to consumer relations in all instances of Brazilian justice; and
- Working in partnership with our Economic Criminal Law department on issues related to Consumer Relations offenses.
